I also wanted to provide some practical examples of how to use the CDs. These CDs are powerful--in large part because they are CDs. I know this first hand because I originally created them on audio tape and received minimal results. The significant results did not start coming until I started listening to these affirmations on CD.
Remember, I have placed each affirmation on its own track so you can repeat a single affirmation uninterrupted for hours if you feel you need to. Or you can use the shuffle mode to increase variety. You can listen to the CD or you can repeat along with it. It is up to you how you choose to use this multi-functional program.
