In order to compress the file to minimize your download time (the file is only 325k), the audio quality of the file is compromised (the full size in CD format is over 52 megabytes!). Also, the file is in linear format so you are not able to benefit from the tracking features that included on the CD.
Each of the actual CDs feature crystal clear CD quality sound and each affirmation is on its own track so that you can take advantage of the repeat and shuffle features of your CD.
Even though this file does not give you an exact sample of the actual CDs, you will get a taste of the power in these affirmations.
While Microsoft's Internet Explorer with the Microsoft Media Player is recommended (allows video streaming so that you will begin hearing the file within seconds), you should be able to access the file simply by clicking on the link without having to add any additional software. If you access it using Netscape, you will have to wait for the full file to download before it will begin playing (only a few minutes).
If you are unable to listen to the file by just clicking on it, as a last resort, you may have to download the TrueSpeech player at http://www.dspg.com/player/main.htm. I don't think this will apply to many people.
