One of my personal goals is to increase the number of positive friendships in my life.  I think because of the content of my web site, you can safely assume that I am a positive, proactive person.  And while I may not be a world famous self-help writer or teacher, I think it is reasonable to assume that I have learned more than the average person about setting and achieving goals.  And because you are a person who has found my site, the odds are excellent that you are also a positive person and that you are interested in self-improvement.
