If you are accessing any of the information that I am offering through my website, whether for pay or for free, I consider you my customer, my client, and my friend. I am committed to providing you with outstanding service. I have done my best to make the process of accessing the information I'm offering as easy and simple as possible. Nevertheless, because of the size of some of the files, and different software involved, I understand there may be challenges from time-to-time. In your email, please provide as much of the following information as you think will help me troubleshoot the problem.:
1. The specific file you are trying to download.
2. The speed of your dial up connection (dial-up, DSL, cable, lan, etc.)
3. Your operating system (Windows or MacIntosh).
4. Your web browser.
5. The software you use to unzip files.
6. The software you are using for audio files (iTunes, Music Match, etc--I strongly recommend iTunes).
7. The type of MP3 player you are using (for example, iPod).
8. Description of the problem.
