Tony is one of my favorite teachers. It was after attending his “Unleash the Power Within” seminar that I decided to record my first 203 Power Affirmations recordings. A lot of the content from those affirmations is from his books, recordings, and the UPW seminar. If you don’t already have that list of affirmations, you can download a free PDF from my home page.

For example, there’s a number of affirmations related to creating a peak state. Also, a lot of the goal setting affirmations were inspired by his “Time of Your Life” program. That life management system revolutionized my thinking about planning and moving away from “to do” lists.

Tony is extraordinary and I recommend all of his materials.
