Details About My FREE Coaching for 30 Days Offer

Thanks for your interest in my free coaching offer.  Please review the details below to see if you are interested in this program.  If you are, it is important that you read and follow the instructions exactly.  You may want to print out this page to review it carefully.

One Size Doesn't Always Fit All

Have you ever gone to purchase shoes?  Even the same exact shoe comes in slightly different sizes so that they have the right fit.

Have you ever purchased formal wear?  How often do the clothes have to be slightly tailored so that they fit you properly?

Maybe you don't need your "clothes to be adjusted."  Maybe you are happy "buying all of your clothes right off the rack" so to speak.  If so, then my free coaching program is probably not for you.  Go find some self-help books off of Amazon.  Maybe that's all you need.

But...that may also be why you haven't achieved your most important goal yet.  Not even the best author in history can't create a "one size fits all" self-improvement program.

If you are interested in going deeper, in getting very specific about what you want to achieve, then my free 30 day coaching program may be for you.

We Will Be Working On Your ONE, Single Most Important Goal

The process we will follow will depend on the type of goal you choose to work on.

If your goal is a "state of mind" goal (for example, increasing self-confidence, happiness, etc.), then we will focus on affirmations and inspirational writings and recordings.

If your goal is a measurable goal (for example, increasing your income, finding a new job, attracting a soul mate), then we will be going through my 5 step goal achievement process.

The Details

In an effort to keep my program open to include everyone who proves to be serious by their active participation, I have come up with the following plan.  If you have any suggested improvements, please let me know.

  1. My commitment to you is to work with you on your ONE, single most important goal for the next 30 days.  Not that we can't communicate after that, it's just that this is the length of my commitment to this free program.

Only one goal.  Why only one goal?  Because my purpose is to teach you the process.  Once you know the process you can apply it to your other goals at any time.

My hope is that it also adds an element of urgency that motivates you to make major improvements quickly.  30 days is not much time.  I want you to use this as a self-motivator.

  2. For measurable goals, we are going to be following a standardized five step process.  More about that below.

  3. To participate in the program, I need you to join an additional list that is exclusive to people in my coaching program.  This is separate from the form on my home page.  This will allow me to easily send out broadcast messages when necessary to people who are in the program.  Also, I will be setting up automatic "check points" to remind you to do certain activities.

This what is called a double optin list.  This means that after you submit your information, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your enrollment.  You can unsubscribe from the list at any time, but that will essentially mean you are withdrawing from the program.

Here's the new form you need to fill out:

Power Affirmations Coaching Registration
Available for a LIMITED TIME Only

"YES! I want to participate in the Power Affirmations coaching program."

I respect your privacy and will never sell or distribute your email address.

Please enter all of the information above.  The only exception:  the state field only applies if you live in the United States.  So, if you live outside of the U.S., you can leave it blank.

  1. All of our one-on-one communications will take place via email (my personal preference because it minimizes time zone issues), Google Talk, and voice over the internet (also via Google Talk).

  2. There are some standard resources we will be using during the program.  The resources are optional.  Some are free.  Some will cost a little bit of money if you want them.  I've done my best to select resources that are free or very reasonably priced.  It's up to you as to whether or not you decide to get them.

A Summary of My 5 Step Process for Achieving Measurable Goals

  1. Get clear about your goals.  For the purpose of this program, please select your ONE, single most important goal you want to focus on for the next 30 days.  The primary purpose is for you to learn how to use the process on your own.  Remember:  FOCUS and CLARITY.

Also, your goals should be realistic but aggressive.  What do I mean by this.  Well, if you want to increase your income from $5,000 per month to $30,000 per month, that's probably unrealistic (unless you have some great skills and a great plan).  But if you want to increase it from $5,000 to $7,500 that may or may not be reasonable.  It's all relative to your abilities and the soundness of your plan.  My suggestion is that you select a goal that is just out of reach from where you are now and that are in harmony with your longer range goals.

  2. Review and select the affirmations you want to use to achieve your goals.  You will find it helpful to have both general and specific affirmations.  You will also need to RECORD your affirmations so that you can listen to them repeatedly.

I will not write or record specific affirmations for you, but will review the affirmations that you create for yourself.  That's because I believe creating specific  affirmations is part of the manifestation process.

  3. Create a vision board.  This doesn't mean you have to use any of the tools I recommend in my site, but it does have to be electronic so that I can easily review it to offer my suggestions.  You can create a physical vision board if you want as long as you make a digital photo of it for me so that I can look at to offer my comments and suggestions.

  4. Create plans for achieving your goal.  These should be plans that focus on actions that you can take that have a reasonable chance of achieving the goal.  What do I mean by this?  Well, going back to the example of setting a financial goal, if you are in sales, you may say that your "plan" is to sell X number of widgets per week.

My comment on this is that it is more of a goal than a plan.  The real plan would be what ACTIONS  you are going to take to hit those sales figures.  How many people are you going to speak to?  What marketing efforts are you going to start?  I believe that a plan must focus on measurable actions that you have control over.

You will be submitting your plan in bullet form for your goal.  Why bullet form?  Because it is fast and easy for you to create and fast and easy for me to review.  I don't need a lot of lengthy explanation.  If I need any clarification, I will let you know.

Just list the first goal, underline it, and list the bullets underneath.  We want to keep the planning process simple so that you move to the tracking/action stage as quickly as possible.

  5. Tracking your ACTIONS.  This is the ACTION stage.  Once you set your plan, then we have to measure whether or not you are taking the actions that you have committed to.  And we have to measure whether or not those actions are effective.  If they are creating the successful results you want, then terrific!  We'll celebrate your success.  But if your actions are not effective, we'll take a look at how you need to revise your plans.

This part will require the most work and will likely bring you the greatest tangible benefits.    Why?  Because this is pay day.  This is where you reap the harvest of your efforts.

This is also where most people get lazy.  When do most people measure their results?  Never.  Or when it comes time to set their "New Year's Resolutions."

You have some other people who will measure their results once per quarter.  That's better, but not if you want to be a high achiever.

Others measure their progress once per month.  Or even once per week.  Personally, I measure my progress towards my major goals EVERY DAY.   That's actually easier than it seems at first if you follow my simple RAP system.  It's fully explained in my free digital book.  There's also links to some free forms you can use in MS word.

Once we come up with your plan, we will work out a tracking strategy that makes sense for you.

Your First Steps

  1. Go through this information and the resources page to make certain that this is a program that you are prepared to commit to.  If it is, then go ahead and register using the form at the top of this page.  If you decide that this isn't what you were looking for, that's okay.  I wish you only the best.  Believe me, I have plenty of people to work with.

  2. Decide which resources you want to use.  Get them and begin reviewing them so that you are ready to hit the ground running.

  3. Start getting clear about the ONE, single specific goal you want to focus on for the next 30 days.

  4. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the program, feel free to email me at whmarshall@earthlink.net.  I'll do my best to respond.  I receive a LOT of email everyday from people already participating in the program, so please be patient.

I'm Serious About Doing My Best to Help You

I'm serious in my commitment about doing the best I can to help you.  But most of the work has to be done by you.  And that is as it should be.  You will also be the one who will benefit the most from your own efforts.

YOU are 100% Responsible for Your Efforts and Results

This is importantyou are 100% responsible for your life.  I see my role to offer suggestions for you to consider, not advice.  You must agree that whatever decisions you make are yours and yours alone.

Also, understand that there are a lot of people in this program.  And the number is increasing everyday.  It is up to you to demonstrate personal initiative.  It's up to you to follow through with action.  I will not chase you down to submit your goals, affirmations, vision boards, plans, etc.

I know that you have priorities and obligations other than this program, so it would be inappropriate for me to nudge you for anything.  My primary role is to review the information that you submit to me.  So, how fast you go through the process is really up to you.

All information that you share will me will be strictly confidential.

If you follow through with positive action, I expect great things for you.

Sincerely,

Bill Marshall
