My coaching is done by email or by chatting for a few reasons:

1. When you write out what you want, you get the benefit of having to clarify your thinking.

2. Because our communications are in text, you will be able to refer back to the notes in the future. You won’t have to rely on your memory. ”The palest ink is better than the best memory.”

3. Because of time constraints, time zones, etc., I am able to help more people by email than by talking on the phone.

At the moment, I do not charge for this service. That may change in the future. However, I do give a higher priority to people who have taken action to purchase my collection of 488 Power Affirmations. Why? Not because of the financial benefit that I receive, but because I know those people are serious about improving their lives with affirmations. Does that make sense?
