There are two things that experience has taught me:
A Lot of Repetitions in a Short Period of Time That last sentence is a pretty strong claim. Let me offer a mathematical example in support of my point. On average, let's say that each affirmation is repeated 5 times per minute. Let's say that you have a 30-60 minute drive to work in the morning. This means that over the course of a drive into the office, you can listen to about 150-300 instances of affirmations. By instance, I mean one affirmation repeated a single time. Just try this during your work commute for one week and see if you don't notice a big improvement in your consistent thought habits. Compare this to simply standing in front of the mirror for a couple of minutes and repeating a single affirmation. Or writing out an affirmation several times. Those exercises maybe helpful, but in my personal experience, they can't compare to the power and speed of listening to recordings. Least Amount of Effort Let's look at the amount of effort involved. Harness the Power of Repetition! Each of the categories is a zip file for convenient downloading. Each track within the zip file is a separate MP3 file to make it easy for you to create a CD where each of the Power Affirmations is on its own track. This allows you to repeat or shuffle the affirmations according to your personal preferences. Don't let the size of the files fool you. Each category is approximately a half-hour or longer. There's over 3 hours of quality audio content in all. I have made the files as small as possible to make it as easy as possible for you to download. It's time to give the customer a break! As I mentioned earlier, because I have eliminated the cost of the materials and the shipping, I'm pleased to be able to offer these recordings to you for only $6 per category.
